Project overview
This project involved creating a full campaign suite for Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans – Urðr Hunt, “-Path of the Little Challenger-”, supporting a special double-feature cinema event with the short film: “Wedge of Interposition” – celebrating 10 years of Iron-Blooded Orphans. The campaign spanned trailers, cinema and exhibitor assets, social countdown content, web assets, and large-format print, tailored for a dedicated anime and Gundam fanbase.
A major component of the work was adapting a Japanese-language trailer for English-speaking audiences. This included professionally subtitling the trailer and recreating complex motion text cards entirely from scratch to match the original timing, pacing, and licensor requirements. Accuracy was critical — all motion, text placement, and transitions needed to align precisely with the original Japanese cut while remaining readable and impactful in English.
Trailer Edit
English-language trailer adaptations created from original Japanese masters, including full subtitle work and rebuilt motion text cards. Timing, animation rhythm, and end-card structure were meticulously matched to meet strict licensor standards.

Produced in both 90 & 30 second durations; 1920x1080 landscape & 1080x1920 branded portrait placements.
CINEMA & DIGITAL ASSETS
Using branded keyart and character art from Sunrise – I broad set of exhibitor and campaign assets for Event Cinemas, HOYTS, and general cinema use, including web banners, MX digital passes, premiere screening assets, and in-cinema signage. Each piece was adapted to suit platform specs while maintaining visual consistency across the campaign.
